Anxiety – a big issue

I’ve recently been asked by one of my clients, if there is a “cure” for anxiety …?

Today, there are many people who suffer from anxiety disorders , ranging from small to very serious . Dealing with anxiety can be extremely hard , mostly when anxiety attacks become very often.

The effects of anxiety disorders can be felt on both our personal and professional lives and in some cases, anxiety can completely change the course of our life.

Stop worrying .This is one of the simple advice I give my clients dealing with anxiety issues. Find the source of your worries, analyse it and remove it if possible. Instead, come up with a “worst case scenario “involving that situation you were concerned about and then come up with three different solutions to it . Once that’s done , relax, calm your mind and move forward , satisfied that no matter what happens , you gone be just fine, because you already have a solution ( or three ..) to your problem.
